Shipping:

We provide international shipping. Depending on where you are, our delivery times range from 5-9 business days. We ship orders from locations in the United States and overseas based on where inventory is available.

 

Shipping Protection:

For added peace of mind, Beautifuul offers Shipping Protection to cover your order against loss and theft during the delivery process. Please note, this protection applies only while the package is in transit and does not cover any losses after the carrier marks the package as delivered.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we can no longer control what happens to it. Therefore, Beautifuul won’t cover losses or take responsibility for any packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation has been given by the carrier. We strongly suggest keeping an eye on your package's tracking information and reaching out to the delivery company directly if you need further info.

 

Exchanges:

If your order isn’t quite right, don’t worry! Just send us a message at hello@beautifuul.com, and our friendly team will be more than happy to help you with an exchange. Making sure you're happy is our top priority, and we’ll do everything we can to help you find that perfect fit and style that makes you feel fantastic. Please note, exchanges depend on stock availability, and return shipping costs are up to you.

 

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Beautifuul. If anything isn’t up to your expectations, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase. Keep in mind, the item needs to be in its original condition, unwashed, and undamaged. To start a return, email us at hello@beautifuul.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Note that you'll need to cover the cost of return shipping, and there may be a small restocking fee for returned items. We'll give you all the details once we start processing your return.

 

Refused Delivery & Incorrect Addresses

We understand that things happen—addresses may be entered incorrectly, or deliveries may be refused. In such cases, please note the following:

  • A refund will only be processed once the order has been returned to our warehouse in its original condition. This helps us ensure the items are fit for resale and can be restocked appropriately.
  • The delivery fee will not be refunded. Why? Because this fee covers the shipping carrier’s costs for attempting to deliver your package, which we are unable to recover.

We recommend double-checking your shipping details during checkout to avoid any issues. If you notice an error after placing your order, reach out to us at hello@beautifuul.com as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee changes after the order has been shipped, we’ll always do our best to assist you!

 

Address Change and Order Cancellation:

At Beautifuul, we pride ourselves on processing and shipping orders super fast. Since some orders may ship the same day they are placed, we have a tight window to make any changes to the shipping address or to cancel orders. Please double-check your shipping details before you finalize your purchase. If there's a mistake or if you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at hello@beautifuul.com. We can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to make changes or cancel, but we’ll certainly try our best. Once an order has been shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.
